It's amazing that there are no comments on the design or the navigation of <>TAGMAG. I'm personaly involved with the mag, so it's not easy to judge the quality. But i would think people would react on it's appearance and userability.

By the Way: Design and programming have been done by Peter Zuiderwijk and Jeroen Schellekens.
